All new appraisal reports submitted to UCDP must use UAD 3.6 beginning November 2, 2026.
Many appraisers are not prepared for this transition, and panels that look full today can bottleneck once the mandate takes effect. Adding LendPort now puts UAD 3.6 capacity in place before the crunch. Even if your panel is set, I may be the appraiser it is missing when a file needs to close on time.
Review a complete sample the way your appraisal-review team would: comparable selection rationale, market-supported adjustments, market-condition analysis, and a clear, documented reconciliation.

A reviewer should never have to take my word for it. Every report shows which sales were used, why they were chosen, what the differences were worth, and how the indications were reconciled.

All new appraisal reports submitted to UCDP on or after November 2, 2026 must use UAD 3.6. The mandate is based on the initial UCDP submission date — not the loan application date or the appraisal effective date. Previously submitted UAD 2.6 reports may continue through the revision period ending May 3, 2027.
