Please mention if this was for an immigration case, divorce, estate or date of death, proof of assets, pre-listing, or lending in your review. Naming the appraisal type and the property's city or county helps people with the same need find the right appraiser.

- Mortgage lending (UAD 3.6, conventional, or FHA)
Helpful Details
- The type of appraisal and why you needed it
- The city, neighborhood, or county (for example, Baltimore City, Pikesville, or Towson)
- Whether the report was delivered on the date provided
- How questions were answered during the assignment
Example: "Boris completed a date of death appraisal on my father's rowhome in Baltimore City for the estate. The report was delivered on the date he gave us."
